**The candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance**
***The candidate will be allowed to work remotely until all staff return to the site. At that point, the candidate will be required to come onsite***
 
Job Description:
The Project Leader shall assist in the coordination of activities regarding the eSuite Project. They will be required to research, coordinate, analyze and document business processes that support Electronic Warrant Processing. The member will work with stakeholders in the criminal justice community public as needed to coordinate meetings regarding this project.
The initial goals of additions to the project are to identify participating agencies for the pilot project, then coordinate the meetings with the appropriate subject matter experts and stakeholders. Goals include participating in the establishment of a jointly agreed upon eWarrants/Protection Orders
Data Exchange format conformant to national data exchange standards. Also included is the monitoring of the implementation of the project data exchange by the project participants and the report on their progress.
Project Leader responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
• Coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
• Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
• Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the project needs
• Coordinate communication with project staff that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
• Assist Project Manager in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the project

Desired Skills:
​• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of professional or technical experience in areas such as training, teaching, staff development, research, evaluation, personnel, criminal justice, forensic laboratory or tax audit experience 
• A Master's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of professional or technical experience as described above 
• A Juris Doctorate or Doctorate from an accredited college or university and one year of professional or technical experience as described above 
• Professional or technical experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education 
• Knowledge of effective verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of instructional design and research and implementation methodologies​
• Ability to compile and analyze data relating to the development of training programs
• Ability to train others
• Ability to conduct research
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to prepare professional papers and reports
• Ability to understand, interpret and apply statutes, rules, policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
