Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate and implement software solutions based on customer requirements, Enterprise architecture standards, and defined project designs
• Participate in software modeling and simulation Integrate new software solutions with existing systems Extract and reverse engineer existing code
• Work alongside and collaborate with UX and engineering teams to develop new ideas into demo-able products, features, services, and tools utilizing the latest software development stacks and related technologies
• Have passion for innovation, new ideas, quick prototyping, hackathons etc.
• Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches
• Actively look for ways to make everything better
• Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis
• Perform integration - Responsible for more complex integration between modules
• Validate and review secure processes and protocols. Ensure that processes/protocols are followed by junior level staff.
• Responsible for estimating and delivering on individual task within project. Shows the ability to be responsible for project timelines

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

• Full-stack development experience with Java and Spring boot (Python and Django/Flask as a secondary skills combination)
• Experience with Microservices on the backend and REST
• Strong database and SQL abilities
• Agile Practitioner/Jira & confluence DevOps and CI/CD experience (Cucumber, Jenkins) TDD experience
• Agile execution experience

Desired:

• Experience in PBM or Healthcare domains
• Experience with IBM Blue Prism and/or RPA
• UI experience (Angular and/or React)
