Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership, administrative support, recommendations, and guidance to the talent management program
  • Evaluate the current state fof the program and identify (implement) strategies for improvement and growth
  • Provide mentorship to employees in the training program
  • Align program with different company departments
  • Collaborate with business and academic partners



Skills and Experience Required:



  • Have a Social innovator mindset that blends mission with for profit business acumen (understand corporate efficiencies, business development, experienced with responding to market conditions)
  • Experience building, implementing and maintaining corporate programs (ideally in the talent space)
  • Experience (academic, real world of both) in the DE&I space.   This team member will not be asked to develop or oversee HR policy but they will need to understand concepts, programs, etc.
  • Experience heading community affairs, government affairs, business development, diversity & inclusion
  • Experience in marketing and communications, client management

  • Experience working with, nurturing junior team members (or similar)
  • Understands technology and professional services – doesn't have to be hands on but needs to understand the SDLC, common technologies
  • Someone that demonstrates a strong desire for solving new challenges
  • Possess technical training and hands-on experience with the ability to mentor and teach others
  • Experience using LMS systems as a super-user or administrator with the capability to develop and maintain performance tracking measures.
