Job Title: Identity Governance and Administration Consultant

Job Description:

Strong consulting experience in advising customer on strategic Identity  and administration initiative projects or programs

• Hand on experience in design & implement JML Joiner, Mover and Leaver process
• Experience in various IGA modules example, JML automation, User access provisioning, User access certification and deploying connectors
• Previous deployment experience using Sailpoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Manager or similar Identity governance platform
• IGA design and development experience that adhere to applicable policies and comply with user access provisioning requirements
• Application onboarding experience to develop factory models to onboard applications
• Experience in onboarding application in health care space for example, Epic, Cerner
• Automating JML process using HR events deployment experience in various HCM systems for example ADP, Workday or Success factor
• Strong experience in defining role based user access provisioning and certification
• Hands on Experience with CyberArk or related Privilege access Management components
• Must have understanding of SSO/Federation with various protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, WS-Fed, etc.).
• Good to have working knowledge and understanding of networking technologies such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls etc.
• Good to have worked in Banking and Finance services or Healthcare domain.
• Direct customer interaction and management skills.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
