Job Description:
This position is responsible for daily network operations support covering Cisco technologies including: EIGRP/BGP routing, RSTP switching, wireless, Identity service engine (Client) , Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Prime Infrastructure (PI).
Other duties include: working with customers on incidents/requests/projects, maintenance work during non-business hour, after hours/weekend on-call, in-state travel to support remote sites, and installation of network equipment (lifting up to 50 lb).

Min Qualifications:
- 3 years of LAN/WAN, switching, and routing protocols administration
- 3 years of Cisco wireless experience managing wireless LAN controller and access points
- 3 years of managing network infrastructure supporting both data and VoIP traffic
- 3 years of customer support experience in IT field
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
- CCNA certification with emphasis on wireless
- 2 years of Cisco Identity service engine (Client) application administration
- 2 years of network design experience
- 2 years of Quality of Services (QoS) administration
- 2 years of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration
- Knowledge of Cisco Prime Infrastructure (PI) network monitoring
- Knowledge of Solarwind network monitoring
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
