Job Title: Senior Alteryx Developer
Location: Parsippany NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Type: Contract
While this position will be remote until the return to office work due to COVID.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Comprehending business requirements from all areas within a financial services organization including banking, lending, finance and operations.
• Translating data related business requirements into solutions via data process design
• Designing and developing ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers as needed
• Preparing technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows supporting downstream uses
• Performing end to end data validation

Required Skills/Experience

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant experience with Alteryx
• 2 or more years of experience writing SQL queries against any RDBMS with query optimization
• Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server and the tools with Alteryx such as Predictive analytics, Parsing and Transforms.
• Ability to scope and drive large scale data migration efforts
• Good documentation and knowledge transfer practices
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile development circle, software change/release management
• Good understanding of star schema and data models in the existing data warehouses
