Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues
  • Create and update system builds for end user systems
  • Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security, technical or reliability concerns
  • Monitor infrastructure and report any concerns or issues to higher technical support
  • Create and verify backups of data. Perform restores as needed
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests
  • Upgrade infrastructure systems as required for enhanced functionality and security
  • Troubleshoot/Configuration
  • Review application and system logs for errors and consult other team members for recommended remediation
  • Install and test new POC and demo systems
  • Provide support for desk phones and mobile devices
  • Any other duties as assigned

*Note that the expectation is that no candidate will possess experience in ALL of the platforms/tools below. We're building out a large, high performing team to cover these key functional areas.

 

  • Client/Thales (or similar digital Identity Access Management and Security experience)
  • Guardium
  • Kangaru (or similar encryption experience, Symantec PGP as a potential alternative)
  • Tanium (or similar IT asset management platform)
  • Venafi (specifically CodeSigning, TrustAuthority, and TrustForce)
  • Proofpoint suite of products
  • Symantec suite of products
  • Trend Micro AV
  • Crowdstrike
  • Windows Defender
  • Solarwinds
  • MS Certificate Services
  • Palo Alto suite of products
  • Sourcefire, Splunk, Sourcefire, Checkmarx, Twistlock, Rapid7, NexusIQ, Phantom/SOAR
  • Azure Rights Management Services
