This role entails responsibility for the development, maintenance, and execution of automation scripts for Genesys cloud Contact Center applications. The automation engineer will be responsible for all phases of functional and automation testing in Agile Scrum environment. The engineer should also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with other teams to ensure deadlines are met, and application quality and performance meets standards before production implementation.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Effectively plan, define test Strategy/Test Cases, provide QA estimates, and provide test management and test status reporting throughout the testing cycle
Collaborates with teams to understand project architecture and business requirements to devise an automation test strategy and test plans
Work closely with product owners and scrum masters to determine acceptance criteria for testing
Create test scripts, perform automated tests, and log detailed defects
Develop automation test strategies with the Cyara automation tool
Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation test frameworks.
Be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness using innovative QA practices and tools and close collaboration with development and business
Create test data required for testing and configures the required testbeds.
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate. Graduate Degree preferred, BS in Computer Science (or related field)
Minimum of 8 years of experience IT Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Automation, Test Management, and strategy
Minimum of 1 years of experience in CYARA automation on Genesys Cloud Contact centre applications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Software quality assurance technical testing in one or more of the following Voice Contact Center technologies (Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI and Agent Desktop, and call routing)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the test automation tool ex. TOSCA, Selenium, MTM, QTP, UFT etc.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Health Care Payer Domain
Experience in robotic process automation & business process automation.
Knowledge of Healthcare payer business claims processing and benefit configuration.
Experience in Web Services Automation testing using tools like Postman, SOAPUI, etc.
Understanding of payer domain business process and application (custom or packaged application) to support a testing activity like enrolment, quote to card, claim processing and payment, etc.
Experience with qTest, Azure ADO, JIRA, Performance center, Jmeter, Neoload, Flood.
Exposure to testing using Hammer is a plus
Experience in testing Genesys call routing, CTI custom softphone applications; IVRs validation is a plus
Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
