Job title: Project Manager

Job Summary:
  • Under broad supervision, manages projects through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables.
  • Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes and budgets defined.
  • Provides guidance to the project team and utilizes standard project management methodology.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Five years of recent relevant project management experience, with a progression in responsibility
  • Eligibility to sit for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Experience in successfully leading projects to on-time, on-schedule and within budget
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
  • Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Technically competent w/ various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & Microsoft Project
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Support diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
  • Experience in SDLC methodologies, Agile, Iterative, Waterfall
  • SQL Project Experience
